District 9 - For Humans Only!

Having seen nothing but one brief teaser trailer, I went into District 9 with the expectation of a sci-fi film and some aliens. What I got was a cinematic experience that really questions the existence of extra terrestrial life and the consequences of our interactions with them.

The film’s strength lies in its ability to keep the audience guessing. It’s never certain what’s going to come next or how a problem is going to be solved – thus creating a compelling storyline that keeps viewers engaged until the very end.

It’s this powerful narrative that really leaves not much else to say about the film besides “Go and see it.” Anything we tell you about the film will just kill that experience.

Although, I can promise you that District 9 is different… very different.

For sci-fi nuts, this is a must-see.
